If you are configuring the camera to your app for the first time, please follow the video or guideline.
If you have already configured it before, make sure to reset the camera before reconfiguring it.
Pre-connection tips:
- Use a 2.4G WiFi network.
- Ensure the camera has a full battery or is connected to power using a 5V1A/2A cable and adapter.
- Place the camera in an area with a strong WiFi signal to ensure seamless connectivity. Weak WiFi signals may cause difficulties in connecting your phone to the camera video feed.
- Double-check and input the correct WiFi password during setup. An incorrect password will be indicated by the green LED not turning a steady green.
