A. Please verify if the camera detects the SD card. If not, check the specifications of the SD card and reinsert it.

-
The camera supports a micro SD card from 4 GB to 256 GB. (micro SD card is not included in the product box.)
-
Please turn off the camera before inserting or removing the micro SD card from the camera.
-
Make sure that the micro SD card has been formatted to FAT32 or exFAT on PC/MAC before inserting it into the camera. If the SD card detection issue persists, check if the SD card is faulty by testing it on other devices or trying a different SD card. If other devices can detect the SD card except for this camera, please provide this information to the technical team for further investigation to determine if it is a hardware issue with the camera.
B. If the camera detects the SD card, please check the video time setting. It is necessary to check the strength of the network signal and ensure that the camera has sufficient battery power.
-
If continuous recording is not enabled, verify the settings for motion detection to confirm if the camera can detect motion. If motion is not detected, video recording will not occur.

-
If the settings are for continuous 24-hour recording, the signal is strong, and the camera has ample battery power, you can provide the Device ID to the technical team for further analysis of the issue.
