If your camera is experiencing an offline issue, you can check the bound status in the device list and try these troubleshooting step. If you are unable to resolve the problem, please contact our customer service team(service@kinetcam.com), and we will assist you further.

A. Bound Status
Bound Status generally has two possible common reasons: either no power (most common) or the camera cannot connect to the network. We can do some simple troublesteps according the blue indicator
Blue Indicator OFF:
it may be due to a lack of battery in the camera, in which case simply connect the camera power cord and adapter(5V1A-2A), wait for 1 minute, refresh the page, and the camera should automatically reconnect.
If it remains offline, please send the Order ID and Camera ID to the customer team for further solution.
Blue Indicator Blinking:
It means that the camera is unable to connect successfully to the network. Please check if there have been any changes in your network (password, router, address). If there have been changes, Please reset the camera and reconnect it like the first time you did.
If it remains offline, please send the Order ID and Camera ID to the customer team for further solution.
Blue Indicator Solid ON:
It means that the camera connection is normal.You can try refreshing by swiping down on the page.
If it still remains offline, please share your device's user ID: 67492824 with our technical team and send screenshots and your Camera ID to our customer service team for further troubleshooting.
B. Unbound Status
- Please first confirm whether you have reset the camera before. If you have reset it, please remove and re-add the camera again.
