Why do I always fail to set up wifi for the camera? and I am sure the wi-fi is 2.4Ghz.

 
A: Please make sure the camera is followed charged and the phone connects to the same wifi. If still doesn't work, please let me know which step failed.

▲Fully charge the camera:

Before use, please fully charge the camera for 4 hours.
Please use a 5V 1A (or 5V 2A) USB adapter (not included) to charge the camera.
CAM1: When red LED light near by the USB interface is OFF, the camera is fully charged.
CAM3: When you see the LED light near by the USB interface is only BLUE (no red or no purple), the camera is full charged.
CAM5: When you see the LED light near by the USB interface is only BLUE (no red or no purple), the camera is full charged.
 

Before Start, Prepare WiFi information:

Please be aware that the camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. Both 5GHz WiFi routers and 2.4GHz WiFi routers include a 2.4GHz bandwidth. You can still use the camera if your router is a 5GHz router.
Connect your smartphone to the target WiFi (the WiFi you want the camera to connect to).
Keep your smartphone and the camera close to your WiFi router, within 9 feet (3 meters) during the installation process (you can move the camera further away after installation).
Ensure you have the correct WiFi password for the network.
