This is also an APP bug, and the CAMID needs to be collected and reported to IT, and IT will remotely fix the bug.
If the customer is viewing a video within 2 days, but the symbol "X" appears, it may be caused by a network problem, but the video will appear after about 30 seconds of loading (if it does not appear, repeatedly enter and exit the loading)
